okay this is a lotta asshole in one room. lucien will walk in, because you know, he's not an idiot, he does want to figure out what the fuck is going on and there was basically an open invitation (it was one word) AN OPEN INVITATION so curiosity won out.

[ he'll walk up to take a look around and whatever is going on here, before looking over at the produce - if the hovering portion of that makes any impression he is trying very hard not to show it. he refuses to be one of those guys that is like fumbling and foolish with the technology. it's all fine and normal and he knows what a car is and words like "CPU" make sense. To be fair, hovering is a perfectly magical activity. ]

[ lucien gets to find ganymede on the observation deck, seated on a less comfortable bench compared to the lounge behind them, facing space as they work through their diagnostics.

[ hello, lucien. adrastea is currently seated at the bar with a datapad on the counter, a drink at their elbow. their head is bowed down as they look at the information that they're going over, a calm on the surface of their muted emotions. beneath the water, though, there's something sharp like steel to go with it.
they glance up when they hear someone come in, but then just wave their hand slightly in greeting and return to going over data. ]

so yes, thebe is here wiping down the counters very slowly. there's some music playing right now. as they work, they'll briefly look up with a short nod before continuing to clean. a black cat meanwhile just kind of snoozes on a stool it has claimed for it's own at the bar. ]

[ They are in person, somewhere. Amalthea is standing in a similar fashion as always, but they seem to be staring off into nothing. Generally, thoughtful, pensive, and of course some wave of sad.

try to rest tonight, if you can. io, europa, callisto, and i are going to be making sure nothing got into the locked down areas of the ship while the other four help to figure out what happened.

well this little guy is pretty adorable but lucien isn't going to tease him about that, he seems perfectly functional. going over to the weapons to peruse.]

[ ganymede is in the cargo bay at the moment, actually, which is scifi insulated against the cold even when the cargo doors are open. they look like maybe they're preparing to go out into the cold? albeit very reluctantly, as they pull on a thicker coat than their usual bomber and even put on a muffler. their helmet, unlike europa, is currently on.
they look a little... not solid? like they're being transmitted like a hologram, a purple edge around them and a slightly starry, galactic pattern shimmering every now and then off of them. ]

[ Happy Sunday... Metis can be found in the observation deck, writing away in a journal rather than their data pad or even their I.R.I.S. Their helmet is set aside on one side of them from where they sit on the couch, with a hood pulled over their head so only the lower half of their face shows.

We had to go over everything last night, during an emergency meeting, and Io reviewed what we collected so that we had another set of eyes on hand.
There are no changes between the nanites on Thursday nights during lockdown compared to their state during the rest of the week. They also aren't the cause for why powers are locked down, it seems.
But that leads us to the question of what is, and why we were lead to believe that to the point of telling all of you that when you woke from stasis.
[ there's no actual doc for us to pass out. but lucien will get the full docket of information comparing adrastea and metis' nanites on thursday to past samples taken from earlier in the week, their health from the blood sample, the functions they have access to (higher security clearance but not much else more than you guys), along with his own health from blood and the functions he has access to with his nanites. the functions are the credentials to enter/exit their assigned rooms, the galley, and everything relating to the I.R.I.S. ]
