Aye.

[ he feels disturbingly in this realm, actually. looking up at them, carefully. ]

You can summon their spirits, but you can't put someone back into a body?

I put mine back.

[ lol. lmao even. also not entirely true - his cleric did it. ]

I was dead, for about two years. During that time, an interloper took control of my body and-- puppeted it around for its amusement, covering it in glitter and charms and vile ink, and then it was killed and left in the ground to rot. I was able to return to it.

[ it's not untrue either, as much as simply not giving credit entirely where its due. taking credit for the group project sort of vibes to the story.

]

It's gone. It's a dead thing. A splinter stuck so deep it seeps putrefaction into the wound, and it never shuts up.

I told you I had experience.

[ this feels like job-crossover though. ]

It isn't even the only one. Somehow it is more annoying than nine wailing and whining and screaming philosopher-mages who want my attention all at once. At least those bastards are quiet here.

Nevertheless.

[ leveling them with a look. ]

So if you've experience summoning, then perhaps you can exorcise as well.

I don't know. It'd be-- removing whatever part of thatsoul clings to this like a parasite.

Think of it as cleansing a house.
