[ hello. welcome to ballroom. we really appreciate you coming!! the doors are locked and the whole gang's here. "including baiken?" yeah! senior crew as well.

the current set-up of this ballroom seems to have been split off into three separate spaces.

the first space is the party space! it…weirdly looks like what you'd almost expect from a high school prom? it's fancy decor, beautiful decorations, and all of the food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) you could ever want. somehow there's a purikura booth set up as well for some cute photo ops, and there are plenty of tables, chairs, and floor space for anyone who wants to dance or play party games with your friends. we have an hour, go nuts.

the second space is a little less intensive, decorated with beanbag chairs and couches. a large projection screen is on the wall to stream movies, and there are a few library books for your perusal, along with some board games. this is the zone for those looking for something a little more chill.

finally, there is a cute little glamping set-up (not entirely photo accurate) with mattresses, blankets, and pillows. you may have to share a bed with a friend, but it's better than the floor, right? stake your claim and get cozy. we're in for a long night. ]

[ Exarch is here, with notable eyebags and coughing up quite a few flowers that he is politely covering with a handkerchief but some of them have peeks of emerald and rust. there's notably a bit more crystal on his robes but seems to have made himself comfortable on a couch, reading away.

otherwise he will be people watching, staying nearby within reach for any conversation and questions! watching a few specific people more than most but greets anyone with a small smile hello. (replies will be slow and spare, my hecken raid night) ]

[ just kind of does a little stiff walk over to and flops down by for a while... gives a little headbutt to as well. he has brought some drinks and dragged over a blanket and more pillows. get comfortable, idiot. ]

[ not partying or anything, but curled at one of the furthest set ups sipping on a drink and just playing clan gen on her i.r.i.s. she's having a good night. she's just wearing a big cozy sweatshirt and some leggings. there are sensible boots nearby of course. she has a little opaque baggie where she occasionally spits/coughs into it some petals from time to time. a couple peak out, plum, mostly, sometimes peach.

she'll lift up a drink as she is truly just. out here getting boozed up and staying boozed up. sometimes she'll go watch a movie, just curled up arms around knees, but overall she's staying chill tonight. ]

[ She's wearing a matching pajamas set because she has accepted if she's going to die tonight then it wouldn't matter what she's wearing, so better to wear for the occasion! It's a pastel green with some doodle flower patterns on the fabric.

She's cozy! She's enjoying herself. Doing well after surgery, etc. ]

[ joining the other girls in actually wearing slumber party clothes is yelan, although she also has a scifi looking recurve bow and some arrows with her. on her hip is this thing, whose center periodically flickers with light as the power nerf waxes and wanes, but she's not paying much attention to it at the moment.

instead, she's drinking a gin and tonic as she lounges in one of the chairs, scrolling her I.R.I.S. with one leg crossed over the other knee. she periodically does a scan of the room, and you can see - she has some new eyeballs! they're more subtle but still glow faintly when compared to her old ones. ]

[ if we are going to die that's fine we will just die in the ballroom. that sounds cool cool cool.

but in any case he's going to just be here by a wall wearing a cozy blue sweater, some green trousers and a pair of sturdy brown boots. there are some bandages around his hands as well as a few on his cheek. occasionally he can be found just writing in a journal. ]

[ he's boring he's just wearing this, no jacket, as he... doesn't spend a lot of time sitting down. feels weird to not be able to see the ship takeoff like he normally does. :\

also he's checking on the CYOAers and making sure they're okay, or bringing the other officers things - especially 2/3 of the girls and artemy considering they're our recent wetware upgraders.
