W6 💤 BALLROOM (ANTI)BLITZ

[ hello. welcome to ballroom. we really appreciate you coming!! the doors are locked and the whole gang's here. "including baiken?" yeah! senior crew as well.

the current set-up of this ballroom seems to have been split off into three separate spaces.

the first space is the party space! it…weirdly looks like what you'd almost expect from a high school prom? it's fancy decor, beautiful decorations, and all of the food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) you could ever want. somehow there's a purikura booth set up as well for some cute photo ops, and there are plenty of tables, chairs, and floor space for anyone who wants to dance or play party games with your friends. we have an hour, go nuts.

the second space is a little less intensive, decorated with beanbag chairs and couches. a large projection screen is on the wall to stream movies, and there are a few library books for your perusal, along with some board games. this is the zone for those looking for something a little more chill.

finally, there is a cute little glamping set-up (not entirely photo accurate) with mattresses, blankets, and pillows. you may have to share a bed with a friend, but it's better than the floor, right? stake your claim and get cozy. we're in for a long night. ]

she sets her camera down, leaning against him a little.]

Certainly do not look my age, do I?

[ centuries old cat boy that forever looks twenty-four. perks(???)

he leans against her in turn, tail swishing from where it peeks beneath his robes. ]

I-It's not my intention, I assure you. [ embawassed... ] ..I would not mind telling you, however.

[naeddre]

[she elbows him gently, amused at the first part.]

I would not mind hearing. [she says, glancing at him.] In the sense that I'd be honored, if you'd like to tell me.

[caretake]

[ some returning amusement, chuckling though oop brings his handkerchief up to cough a bit into it. some ochre and kelly petals that he tucks away. ]

'Tis a name I would one day return to hopefully someday so.

[ anyways, he'll lean over and whisper it to her. name given. ]

[naeddre]

[nooooo the cute petals...

she listens, and when he pulls back, she gives him a very soft look.]

Cute. [she likes it!] ... Thank you.

[caretake]

[ a small laugh, braves away that small fluster. ]

Of course.

[ tail swish, looking her over before smiling gently. ]

..I'm certain it is a given to have some anxiousness and uncertainly with the given night, but I hope everyone here does bring some hope for the future for you.

[naeddre]

[every time his tail goes she wants to pet him. it's terrible.]

... I feel less dire than I did. [she says, with a smile.] It is nice to see everybody together.

[she coughs just a bit - her emerald petals are just discarded casually.]

[caretake]

[ she is so valid for it though. ]

'Tis good to see, isn't it? Makes one feel better about their promises.

[ a sympathetic smile, not pointing out those petals - instead, he brings a blanket over to cover her more. just to ensure she's more comfortable from where they lean against one another. ]

[naeddre]

[she might actually just pass out here for a while if he's not careful. the blanket is nice, and she exhales slow before just dropping her head on his shoulder - eventually she'll need to go sit on temenos to make him behave, but for now...]

... They have kept those promises until now. [...] At the very least, I have seen everybody happy tonight, at least once. That will carry me through.

[caretake]

[ that's more than alright if she sleeps here for a while, resting his head against hers with a soft hum. just as the times before - he will watch over her. but help temenos, her babysitting job never Ends truly bless her. ]
