For the record, the Tieqiu are absolutely not getting involved with this, because this kind of looks like an inter-gang scuffle and they're not interested.

Also, in the meantime, Arthur just comes up from behind the stairs, takes one look at this, shakes his head, and proceeds to continue past them towards the 4th Floor. He's not interested in whatever is going on here.

Probably extra-so since Shoma activates his E.G.O. out of panic, and --
