Hmm... I'm no scientist, but I've lived with enough technology at this point. There's been a lot of things that can capture what we believed to be intangible.

I feel like... The barrier between technology and that kind of stuff has been crumbling thanks to research.

So I'm not too weirded out, but it is kind of weird.

Well, as long as it's a normal technology thing, and not a "whoa, something happened beyond our predictions!" thing.

... Well, I don't think it's typical of technology at least from where I'm from, but I really learned more when I was emplo—when I........ Travelled.... Farther.

Traveled how far, exactly?

... Well, I was born on a spaceship, so I already know space travel, but I haven't gone super far.

Different places, different technology, stuff like that.

All right. Well, I won't question about your employment—but what kind of places have you seen?

One of the planets I visited was obsessed was math. No... The planet is math.

Math is their lifeblood.

A planet full of scholars... I guess it'd be kind of like being stuck at the academy.

[dropoffs]

... If you consider scholars only mathematicians, sure! Even their food is about math.

... How do you make food about math?

Well... You measure ingredients, right? They're more into baking because measurements are super important for baked goods.
