Actually, since Jade was told she should worry "more over her department," that means Oscar and Lancion aren't in combat systems, right> So, military, or another one that would require being on field. Medical or intelligence...?
All right, so military or intelligence as the top choices. [a beat, and then dryly,] Unfortunately, I don't think Metis has shown up in any of these videos, so I can't determine yet who would be smaller than them to deduce Lancion's appearance.
Seeing that we remembered Jade because of a combination of identifiers, I believe you could simply say it... I wonder if written word also works, but we pieced Jade's identity together through video.
I imagine the medium and delivery doesn't matter, but the information does.
All right—for identities we might be able to pierce together...
First, the author behind the security journal and the salon journal is part of the combat systems, as they reference that being their job. That means "Gavin" is also part of the same department.
Second, going by the reviews, Ellya is part of the medical department. The man named Rhys in the lockers video with Amalthea is presumably part of hydroponics.
Next, there's a man with a tattooed hand that appears in the cargo bay journal and the lockers video. He's also referenced in the salon journal, though not by name. Not sure if this means Courtney is one of the people in the video involved with, uh... the love affair.
It does look to me that the author of the second journal from the security room might be in combat systems... And the last journal from the salon is also combat systems. Gavin being in the same department seeing as they're mentioned in both is very likely. Kieran is mentioned in one of the journals as well, so possibly combat systems, too.
[ Think thonk. ]
Ellya being in medical... Yes. They're also mentioned in the first journal of security and that reads much like a medical musing. Rhys being found with Amalthea is a good indicator.
[ These are a lot of things! And very good deduction and theory, so they are mildly impressed. ]
Using the old crew roster would be useful with keeping track of your theories and presenting it to us. I'm surprised by how quickly you caught on in one session.
While I believe any of you can give us the crew list and it may be effective without bothering all of us separately, you're free to see for yourself if your work amounts to anything.
It was a strange concept since I have never been caught in a galactic storm, but I was only in a spaceship for one year when I was a child.
[ Like that isn't long enough. ]
There are too many reports, articles, and books on this phenomenon for me to refute it, especially when I have to see it happen to others and myself. [ ... ] I was also suspicious.
In terms of space travel, Ganymede likely has more years.
[ Mmm. ]
... No. Many readings are scripts that are readily available, general studies that most of you already know. [ And if they don't, then he's like that isn't my problem. ] Studies are difficult to acquire when you're not near a CEM research facility.

No, you're right. If Jade is saying that, then they can't be in the same team. I would choose Intelligence over Medical as a second choice.

[ So it would be that they're noticeably tinies. ]
You can test to see if this works.

Ah, good idea. [starts jotting these down in a copy of the crew roster...] Well, couldn't have done it with your help too, Callisto.

... Author of the salon journal is Nera Cheswright, going by the initials. So, we can put them down for combat systems.
[anyway]
Well, I'll try not to waste too much of your time, but I do like seeing for myself.

Keep writing notes. It will help.
You won't get much out of me from this, but I can tell you how they react in meetings.
