I have a decent resume for taking care of the manor, so you can trust me on that. At least for my world.

Many of you have different ideas of normal.

Space travel's still kind of... stuck in books and movies. Commercial space travel, or recreational at least. That I can handle.

Other stuff? Who knows.

I don't believe traversing the stars was something people considered in my world... or perhaps they are slowly approaching those kind of dreams. Fantastical stories have always been around, of course.

Stories are what make people think about trying these things though, right? Read enough sci-fi, and you might end up obsessed with the idea of going into space.

… Fond’s maybe not the word I’d use for one of them. The other though, I guess? It’s what I’m used to now.

What kind of ideas were they? if you don't mind my asking.

[roseoftexas]

One was something Teach left me. Less an idea and more a goal. [ and that’s all he’s really saying about that. ]

The other is just something a guy I know believes in, and puts action to. It’s not a bad way of doing things, even if he does stick his nose in places he shouldn’t in the process. If people out there are going to decide they’re right to justify the crap they do, why not do the same in order to ruin their day?

Some people may think that's a petty way of living, but sometimes there's not many alternatives.

Curiosity can lead you to strange places. I hope he stays careful.

He's got enough of us making sure he doesn't get himself into too much trouble. And New Sieg has problems, with a capital P.

It's good to surround oneself with like-minded people, but also different perspectives. That's good to hear.
