It doesn't. We've all agreed that there's no one that's in charge of the group, especially since we're all experienced in our own things, but... none of us have to be in charge to feel responsible for each other.

I hope it did help. I feel like we need to get a few more guides out there, for common terminology, things you or I take for granted... and some ship hacks. Like how to get around the five minute showers, the capsule window settings, things like that. I've tried to make sure people know you can use your I.R.I.S. to change settings in the sim and grav rooms since I suffered embarrassment of being stuck floating and not realizing.

All eight of us have been with the Eudora and the company for three months, but we joined a crew of twenty. Over the two months, it went from 28 of us in total down to us eight due to retirements, transfers... leaves. Someone's on parental leave, actually. We just volunteered for the skeleton crew while the Eudora underwent updates.

It's all trial and error, but it's hard when some people don't know where to start. It doesn't hurt to write new guides, or at least a really brief one-sheet. For all we know people will just ignore the signs and do whatever they want anyway.
