sorry buddy he's really not interested in your std kissing disease. i guess if there's a fountain or well, kind of nearby, instead of casting this turn, temenos is hurrying towards it and the second he's close enough, swings his staff like a holy baseball bat at the closest and nearest of the fountains to, checks my octopath notes, unleash a staff attack on a single foe 2 times, and steal SP equivalent to 10% of the damage dealt.
