okay well you scrutinize the shit out of these men so hard they're almost uncomfortable. you see a couple of details. first off, the blonde man is new. he hasn't been a sanctum knight for long. he's very excitable, and seems to get flustered pretty easily whenever the black haired man says something. they seem to be friends, judging by the way they rib at each other. maybe in their mid to late twenties, well-trained with all sorts of weapons. with a nineteen, though, there's two things that catch your attention especially: first, the blonde guy? he kind of... flickers, a little. like blue flame. just for a moment.
second, on your way out, you can kind of overhear him talking about how he probably shouldn't have given all those details about the church to the inquisitor that came through earlier, but he had a really trustworthy face...
to which the black haired knight, who looks like he's been doing this job for a while, says, "Crick, he looked just like Mistral. No, he didn't."
