... I didn't think I would hear of anything like Abnormalities outside of The City, but that's quite terrifying. A Grade 4 storm... that sounds like a nightmare.
Grade 4s recently are more dangerous... In this example, the report mentioned the dolls clumping together to become a giant plastic horror that attacked them. It bled like tar.
Since this should be a grade 2, we shouldn't be facing enemies on that level. Likely, we were barely face any.
