My apologies, Miss du Prix. I should have at least left a message since I very could be a victim some day. We just had a lot of work to do, as you already know. [ She may take her hands. They're deathly cold. ]

No no, it's all right. [The chill reminds her — there's questions she'd like to ask. Just not the sort she can in front of other people. For now her smile only becomes a touch muted, her eyes flicking between the other woman's.

But she presses on.]

I'm just happy to see you again. Um, though I'm not sure what's expected of us. Is there another tear in reality in that storm?

[dropoffs]

In this storm...? So far, none that I know of. [ They took a little ship, so they didn't get slurped by a black hole. ] For now, we will explore and find anything odd. After a scour, we may figure out the objective... Think of storms being a game. There is always an objective of some kind from the reports I've read. Sometimes it's as simple as "completing" the experience.

Oh. Right. [Nodding, a little less than enthused.] Gotta find that happy ending, don't we?
