YOUR LIGHTS ARE AROUND THE ROOM and beneath your feet. the moment shoma steps on, his pad lights up. lights around the ceiling perimeter, similar to the floor, glow as well in blue. shoma looks to the door and he can see that it does light up. as if locking in that you have stepped on it.
when harley steps on, the door begins to dimly glow around the perimeter. when shoma steps on, the glow intensifies. when she steps off, it dims again.
space simmons looks delighted that they are both ready to DANCE! as they do, there are two figures that appear in front of them, instructors it seems that are meant to be 1:1 examples, showing you the moves you must make. kind of like in just dance? it's just dance ddr. just roll with it.
as the music begins, they will give you a moment to get ready and they will begin to dance! the two instructive figures, and space simmons, will begin to dance in tandem, just an easy little foot shuffle first - left left right right, upper right corner, upper left corner, back back, front front. so far it's just easy foot steppies it seems...
if you make any arm motions like the digital instructors before you (arms up, wiggle em, jazz fingerssss~)

now that you two have the base moves, they'll let you two continue to dance, the lights under your feet showing you the way and turning technicolor to the beat of the music "GO GO!" since shoma is looking, he can see a light begin to make its way up the center of the door trapping you both in.
you both are smart cookies, and might get the feeling that it could be a "meter" that's dependent on your GROOVE. once it reaches the top... you might be free! and it's almost there!
harley and shoma will see that their two dancing guides are putting on a show now, dancing together while space simmons watches, clapping because you guys are killing the dance streak wowee!!
but as the groove meter reaches the top, you'll see the male dance hologram flip the lady dance hologram the way swing dancers do. she seems very happy with this! he flips her again! she seems extra happy! :) :) :)

a knife materializes in space simmons' hand (HOW THE FUCK DID THAT GET THERE?)... and he does indeed aim to threaten the couple's dance, but before anything else can go down—
it all goes dark with the final three figures suspended in half-dance-half-fight before harley and shoma as the final words say— ]
WAKE ME UP BEFORE YOU GO—NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
[ and after a two count of pure darkness, no lights on the floor or ceiling or door or anything.... suddenly in a burst of light, all three figures fragment and burst into particles of perfect blue. the pneumatic sigh of the door to the combat room opens up again and the lights suddenly flicker back on to normal, unchuffed and undisturbed.
the locker that was just outside the door, once opened... is closed now. looks like... you can leave now........... after having witnessed. something? ]
[okay, well, she is scooping up her multi-tool up and grabbing the cracked data pad so they can go over the contents away from this haunted ass room. farewell forever, space simmons.]
