[ i'm giving you this on saturday because i missed it on wednesday.
anyways, adrastea is sitting in the security room after trial. the only reason she doesn't immediately swivel to put on her helmet - resting on the desk - is because she saw todomatsu coming to the door on the feed for the hallway. she's swishing an old fashioned around in a glass at the moment, leaned all the way back in her chair and staring down the feeds for the brig, stasis bay, and sim room in particular. ]
People who self sacrifice don't tend to remember the people they're leaving behind to deal with the aftermath, let alone in the moment it happens.
[ she shifts and hooks something with her foot, pulling it out from under the desk and producing a scifi seat that pops up. it actually looks fairly comfortable despite its origin. ]
We're thinking that Jingu was the aggressor, based off the footage at least, so now we just wait and see what happens with this one. [ staring dion down on the screen ]

[ she nods absently at his thanks, swinging her legs up to put them on the desk. this is her office, she does what she wants? ]
I would've liked to see no bodies at all, this week, but if we had no choice in the matter... just one. I don't like the idea that the trend of two killers might continue on from last week.

he blinks for a moment as the seat appears, but accepts the invitation and sits down. ]
Thanks.
