Walking's good exercise. But that's... good to know. There must be a lot of random stuff in storage if you could just pick up guitar strings and a phone.
[ not that he's complaining ]
So you do programming, too. That stuff goes right over my head. [ ... ] Do you guys actually eat the stuff here? It's super bland.
It is, and I'm more used to it than some of the others are since I usually take the access routes to get places. But Io's leg is crap, so it'll be good to get the place opened up for the direct routes.
[ their medical officer and their prosthetic. ]
A little. At least enough to do my part in taking care of the place. [ no emoji pops up, but the faint blue glow inside their helmet narrows and there's a blip of distaste in their muted emotions. :nyeh: ] I like strong flavors, so I'm not a fan.
They're the one with the sword leg, right? It looks cool, but... yeah, walking on that can't be easy.
It's still pretty impressive. [ with a flicker of amusement, ] Same. Some of the people here aren't bad cooks, though. You should let them cook for you guys.
Sword-ish. It's pretty dull, so the best they can do is awkwardly kick someone with it. [ think more like a runner's cheetah prosthetic. ] It works fine for them, but it can be rough sometimes.
[ they close out of the mess hall panel after seeing that the debug is in process, noting that it'll take some time on their I.R.I.S. ]
It's funny that everyone except Dahut is refusing to take credit for the food left out, but I've picked at a few of the things that aren't sweets. They're not bad. Maybe we got so many cooks to make up for the food in here.
We should be getting the medbay next week, if things hold to schedule. After that, it's sort of up to how the Eudora handles us unlocking areas - it's sort of on her schedule more than ours at the moment.
[ a small huff of a laugh comes through the helmet. ]
They're embarrassed that they did something nice, is I think what their issue is. [ tsunderes ] But, mm, no. I like spicy food more.
That's good, but I hope we won't need it. No offense to Io-san, though.
[ frowning... why wouldn't the senior crew have more control over it? what kind of ship is this? ]
I can understand that, but it won't kill them to let someone thank them once in a while. [ or help with the dishes... ] Should I put in a recommendation with Nero-san? A little more variety doesn't hurt.
I don't think they'd take any offense. Better to have you all fine.
[ looks into the fucking void of double dead. ]
That we have some variety as-is, really, is a miracle. Considering the more flavorful options are offline at the moment. [ but they do huff softly ] You can if you want. At least the dishes can be automated so long as you put them in the machine for washing, but people are funny like that.
...Wait, there are options for that? Does anything on this ship work? [ jeez. ] I'll let him now. I wouldn't mind something spicy now and then, either.
