We've never actually figured that out. I think there's drones assigned to feeding, grooming, and... well, picking up after them.

[ don't think too hard about it. just enjoy the dogs. ganymede sure is. they carefully remove a pomeranian from their throat and sit up while holding it. ]

Oh, definitely. They've always been pretty friendly. I think they were probably bred for it.
