We're trying to figure things out. A couple of the other officers took blood and nanite samples on Thursday night, when they were in the medbay with some of you guys. So we have the results of that to go over with Io taking a look. And then we have to go over why Adrastea can't get into any of the security systems when the Eudora locks them out.
And then we have to go over what's making people go crazy and kill one another. And why the ship keeps shutting down or locking us out. [ closes his eyes. exhausting. ] And then, after all of that, we have to go make sure the sim rooms are actually safe for use. Because that shouldn't have happened.
[ he's held him in his arms plenty of times before, what's a little head on the thigh... anyways, he does not flinch, so is fine. gives his shoulder a pat. ]
None of this should be happening. [ stating the obvious. ] A malfunctioning ship, some crazy virus or whatever making the crew turn murderous. It's like some twisted horror movie. [ if it was a movie, he thinks the team would enjoy watching it. but this is real and it is happening as they speak... ]
I'm sure Io will find something, he strikes me as the type to ignore sleep until he does. And Adrastea seems stubborn enough too, you all are, actually. [ to some degree. ]
