I mean, no more than any other huge city of industry? People get sick and die. People are killed... the White Knights do what they can, but they're not exactly "for the people" either. Most of 'em anyways.
It's... not really a thing that can be fixed. Progress is progress to them. Sometimes... I think maybe I should away. But you gotta have money to do that.
