Understandable, it's a new setting for you all and any stressed person will do just about anything. And while I can say Ganymede and I would be willing to help... it certainly depends on what exactly that is.
[ you also literally did it in public for everyone to see? ]
haha, like metis said. but it's alright - we're not about to punish you for it or anything like that, it's just what i kind of figured you were going to ask after since it was logged in I.R.I.S.
[ feel free to tag us in any order pixi we'll come in and out. ]
[LISTEN THAT WAS BEFORE Y'ALL SHOWED UP WHICH MEANS CAMERAS CONFIRMED. I've just been handwaving that he didn't find any though because otherwise he would've broken them. Sneaky space cameras. ALSO OKOK ALTHOUGH I'M BATTLING TAG MOUNTAIN REAL HARD SO WE'LL SEE WHO HITS THREADS FIRST LMFSKDJHG]
That's good to hear! [You already punished him with SHOCKS but whatever] I just wanted to ask about your communications capabilities. I heard our homes won't even notice we're missing, but I'd really like to get a message to my team anyway. I'd have to do it myself, though--the communication channel we use is secured.
Ah, I see, well, hmm... That isn't exactly possible for us to do. As you know, communication with outside sources is already quite difficult as is given how large the galaxy is.
And while you do come with a serial of numbers that pinpoint your world and the time you were brought from, we don't have the information nor the provided reach to contact said world, much less your team. That would only really be doable on the HUB and, well when we eventually dock there you'll be returning home anyway.
Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but I'm not used to aerospace tech--is there a map I could use to take a look at how far out we are from my planet?
no stupid questions in figuring these kinds of things out.
i don't think so, though, just from looking at the profile docket we have for all of you. we can definitely take a look at what maps we do have, but i'm pretty sure the only ones we have in the system are for this galaxy and the neighboring ones.
Alright. I'd appreciate it if you could, even if it's just to make sure.
The other thing I wanted to ask about is the nanites--could I take a look at them from the developer side? I'd like to get a better idea of how they work.
[So he can see if y'all implanted them with TINY LITTLE BOMBS or something]
W0 MONDAY
How can I assist you, Mr. Pearce? Is your I.R.I.S causing you some trouble?

But it's fine he can roll with this]
Sorry about that! We were all pretty panicked, you know? But since you're here now, I can just ask you for help!
[Ignore the code he already started writing in his notes don't worry about it]
