[ luke will get the feeling that maybe they're just. regular rats (maybe they're a little buff?). they won't carry him away to his nest and make him their husbando, though. probably. they just work here.
a good question though. the person is wearing what looks to be io's outfit, though the long coat is off, helmet set to the side, and from here, luke can see the leg blade, its shape towards the end giving it more away close up.
