None of us have got all the answers on this. It's unsatisfactory.
Luke was sick, before he arrived here on board the Eudora. However none of that information was provided to us by the company at any point, not even in Luke's profile.
I performed an investigation and what I can confirm is that it was his illness that killed him. We had no window to treating this illness of his in without any sort of idea of what it even was.
I would not say it does not matter, if there are answers... we can hopefully uncover them. Wishful thinking on my behalf, perhaps.
But it is as Io says. If we had known from the beginning, we could have at the very least tried to treat him, however Luke Pearce had decided not to alert us of his sickness either.
In matters like this, possibly more than just a little.
They are temporary, but at most they last a week. It's per the norm when you traverse through space. So this one in particular should be over with by morning rise.

I don't think he wanted to be treated.
Do you believe this to be the end? Scien seemed to think there was a chance of this happening again.
no subject
But I want to hope that it is the end, Throné.
I have no desire for any of it to continue... that's for fucking sure.
no subject
Nor do I. I can only hope that is the case and we can.. finish up this tour without any more casualties.

You mentioned more effects. Do you know what the extent of them are?
I don't like broadcasting my thoughts. I'd prefer to be done with that.
no subject
A little doubt does one good.
In the past... effects have taken their time throughout a week or so.
Embarrassing...

You've experienced them before. What types of afflictions? Do you have examples, or is this a fun guessing game for me to play in my spare time?
no subject
Haha, not unless you would like to guess but.
Let's see, what was there...
Oh.
I believe there was one week where everyone kept biting one another.
baseball slides in quick
The biting thing was... odd. Gave the med team a little scare.
no subject
If that happens while I'm on board I will find a way to open the airlock.

You
You wouldn't actually do something that rash, would you??
No, wait, you wouldn't have the credentials
I almost believed it for a moment...
no subject
You don't know what I'm capable of...
[please it is hard to tell that you are joking through text, throné]
no subject
That does give reason for one to worry, you realize...

You jest, then.
Whew, in any case, if there is anything you would have need of us, simply say the word.
I must return to my duties but it will be a new week tomorrow.
no subject
I'll contact you and Io both this upcoming week, Metis.
Thank you.

In any case, then let's hope no one has itchy teeth come, what... tomorrow ideally...?
no subject
Otherwise, yes, here's to no "itchy teeth" tomorrow.
