Mmm, the outdoors are often as lively as this, yes. More so once you visit the forest and lake outside the borders of my city.

[ Extends a hand to come near Gregor, allowing the bird to hop a bit closer until it flutters onto Gregor's shoulder. Hello. ]

[carefully reaching up to try to touch the bird... let him pet. GOD I NEED THIS SEROTONIN so the bird lets him.]

Must be nice, being able to just go out and take this in.

[ I was gonna say, I wasn't going to allow you to be mean to Gregor, this bird will let him. It gives a singsong chirp before gingerly nibbling his finger. Cute. ]

I tend to coop myself up for work, but it is good to take a walk into the city and take everything in. [ A hum... ] I hope you make use of it during your time here.

Oh, believe me, I am. We don't really have animals in the City.

Or this many kinds of plants... spaces like this are pretty new to me.

Nope. Not unless you're pretty wealthy and you can afford to have 'em, but there's nothing just... running around wild.

To think even wild life could be as limited as that. Under certain circumstances back home, it is familiar, in areas where life cannot grow. How long has the City been that way?
