Is that impossible?

You're the one who said Dahut didn't die from natural causes, Adrastea.

Does it not suit?
Suddenly, someone has no credentials. Why would that happen if not enabled, somehow?
Why would he move from place to place?
A sickness is hardly reason, unless there was a way for him to escape it by walking away from it.
What other predatory forces could there have been? Unless you'll tell me there's a felvarg that's leapt through a window and attacked him, which seems highly unlikely.
The only predators on this ship are us.

But, we don't have the 'rest of the ship'. Only this small area, no?
If it was contained, would it still be impossible?

Now you're thinking.
[ he's also talking into his watch like a weirdo so don't worry ]
Yes, I concur. We all felt this pain last night in our chests - just before Luke fell, similar to how we have shared sensations of hurt, thoughts, and feelings throughout the week. There's no reason why a sickness, were it contagious, wouldn't have spread to us, unless it was something that Luke previously contracted, and in the same regard, Dahut wouldn't have caught it.

As for your final inquiry.
I believe the answer lies in the words you may have just given.
It must not have recognized a threat.
