There is some oil waste, but you did not go over by a large margin. Too much can stray a shot, possibly straight at the ship if the arm swings too fast. Too little and the friction could cause damage to the equipment, worst case scenario we won't be able to clear debris and the ship's hull will take damage.
... We will be reviewing everyone's work until you are all on par, but I suppose that doesn't matter if all of you will return home as soon as you can.
