We have the choice to go home for the interim, but the offer for a new contract is about two years before it's rescinded. Tours are not all eight weeks. There are some that are four, even as short as two. Of course, Mister Enda. I'm glad to hear your toolkit is satisfactory.

I had read that "cruises" operate at different durations, but I do not believe it is the same as a delivery service.

During the last tour, there have been disturbances and from what I was told it is due to cosmic interference during travel. Cosmoelectromagnetic waves can affect our minds, sometimes our bodies. It's mitigated to some degree within the Eudora and on planets, but we cannot guarantee it would be manageable outside in actual space. The void, they call it. I am not incredibly privy on the topic.

isn't there a way to block the cosmoelectromagnetic waves? if nut & bolt managed to install nanites in us there should be a way to change them if they're there to begin with

If you are familiar with cruises, I am curious to read.

I believe that there are unique frequencies per effect and tuning the nanites to them would mean collecting data of these unique patterns so that they can be targeted. We can't block all waves as we do use several of them for a number of systems. Thebe may know more, but this is definitely the first time I've experienced something like... It seems we are sharing sensations? It's hard to describe.

That would be a more suited question for the company than us, admittedly. I'm sure they have their own guidelines and reasons for who they hire and why.

We simply receive whoever it is they send us and ensure the work gets done. Though I too am a bit curious about how they choose new hires.

I'm sure that we can negotiate with the company if events transpire more than they have, Mister Enda. There may be leeway to work out your concerns and taking upon someone else's contract.

If we are all gathered, it is normally a meeting for work, but I'm sure they interact among each other for personal matters.

It is a good question. Some of us do spend their downtime in each other's copy. Some of us less so.

I won't be revealing what the rest do, but I enjoy cleaning and embroidery during my spare time.
